		<description>Really appreciate your taking time to post about HP and Dell too.

For HP I know one must set NX and the APIC table, see this VMware KB though it pertains to 3.0.x, not 3.5, but it does not interfere with 3.5, as I did this for 3.0.x, then installed 3.5 without incident:
